YES. To enter The Festival as a patron, you must be 21 years of age with a valid, state-issued form of identification. This guideline cannot be bent in any way, shape, or form.
What if I am a designated driver?
Designated Drivers must be 21 years or older to enter the Festival.
Is the beer included with my ticket?
Yes! When you purchase a ticket the Festival, this grants you access to responsibly enjoy our selection of beer.
Are VIP Tickets available?
Yes, we are offering VIP access.
Is re-entry into the Festival permitted?
No.
What is your bag policy?
Bags will be subject to search prior to entry.
Can I bring my child or baby to this event?
No, only people age 21 and over will be permitted into Brew at the Zoo. IDs are checked at the entrance gates to the park, and any person under the age of 21 will be turned away — this includes infants and small children.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We suggest you carpool or take car service. There is parking on site, but you’re going to be drinking, why risk it?
Will there be nonalcoholic beverages available?
Water stations will be available. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase.
Will there be food available?
Yes, food is available for purchase at food trucks, as well as snack carts.
If I leave the zoo grounds will I be allowed back in?
No, there will be no re-entry allowed at this event. If you leave the Zoo for any reason you will be unable to return. Smoking is not permitted on Zoo grounds.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are transferable; however, each ticket barcode is valid for one entry. Please plan accordingly.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
A printed ticket is recommended, however, digital copies will be accepted. Remember the confirmation email is not a ticket.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Yes, however each ticket is scanned and logged. Individuals attempting to use duplicate tickets will be referred to sheriff’s officers onsite.
Donations?
Guests have the opportunity to make a donation if they cannot attend the event BUT this is not a ticket for access to the event! Donation options can be found here.
How many tickets can be purchased at one time?
A singular transaction is limited to 5 General Admission and 2 Designated Driver tickets.
